By accessing or using MADAR, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MADAR after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account, and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if they are used for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.

Listings must describe real, available properties and include accurate details on price, size, location and condition.

Photos, videos, 360° tours and 3D models must represent the actual property. Misleading media is not permitted.

MADAR may review, request verification of, edit the placement of, or remove any listing that breaches these terms or applicable law.

Agents, owners, agencies and developers are responsible for holding the legal right to market each property they publish.

You must respond to inquiries in good faith, honour advertised terms, and comply with all local licensing, advertising and consumer-protection rules.

Duplicate listings, fake availability and undisclosed fees are prohibited.

All payments on MADAR are processed exclusively through Stripe secure checkout. MADAR does not accept bank transfers, cash or any other offline payment method, and never stores your card or banking details.

Provider payouts are handled by Stripe Connect, which performs identity verification and holds all financial details. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

MADAR is not a party to the underlying property transaction between a buyer/tenant and an owner/agent, unless expressly stated.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Plan limits — such as listing counts, team seats and featured credits — are described on the pricing page and may be adjusted with prior notice.

Promotional pricing, including founding-partner discounts, applies only for the stated duration and eligibility conditions.

Subscription fees are refundable within 14 days of the first payment where required by applicable consumer law and where the service has not been substantially used.

Featured placements, boosts and other promotional products are non-refundable once the promotion has started.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

We process personal data in line with applicable data-protection law, including the GDPR where relevant.

Owner and agent contact details are not published openly; inquiries are routed through the platform to reduce spam and misuse.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.

The MADAR name, logo, design system, software and content are owned by MADAR and protected by intellectual-property law.

By uploading content you grant MADAR a non-exclusive licence to host, display and promote that content on the platform and in related marketing.

You must not copy, scrape, reproduce or resell any part of the platform without written permission.

MADAR provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We are not liable for the accuracy of user-submitted listings, for decisions taken based on them, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at MADAR's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules grant you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
